Impregnation / Infiltration Process

The workpiece impregnation / infiltration process is divided into three stages: pretreatment, infiltration treatment and post-treatment.

I. Pretreatment

The pretreatment process includes degreasing, cleaning and vacuum drying.

II. Infiltration Treatment

The infiltration treatment process includes vacuum impregnation, six direction liquid removal, flipping cleaning, flipping curing.

III. Post Treatment

The workpiece should be pressure tested after impregnation, leaking workpieces can be infiltrated for the second and third time, workpieces still leaking will be treated as scraping parts.
